A simple framework for understanding the everyday habits that shape wellbeing.
The Six Pillars are not six separate programmes. They are six connected areas that help us look at daily life more completely. A person may eat reasonably well but sleep poorly; exercise regularly but live under constant stress; or drink enough water while spending most of the day inactive. Balance comes from noticing the whole picture.
The purpose of the Six Pillars is not perfection. It is awareness, practical action and steady improvement.
Air quality and breathing are present every moment of the day. Learn about ventilation, pollution awareness, smoke avoidance and gentle breathing practices.
Start with: Notice your environment and your breathing.
Safe drinking water is fundamental. Learn about water quality, purification, sensible hydration and — as our deeper focus — molecular hydrogen.
Start with: Know the quality of the water you drink.
Food provides energy and nutrients, but healthy eating need not be complicated. We focus on variety, balance, moderation and Indian food habits.
Start with: Improve one meal at a time.
Sleep supports recovery, alertness and emotional wellbeing. Routine, environment, daytime activity and evening habits all influence sleep quality.
Start with: Keep a more consistent sleep and wake time.
Movement supports fitness, mobility and independence. Walking, strength, yoga, mobility and active living can all contribute.
Start with: Add purposeful movement every day.
Emotional balance means recognising thoughts and feelings and choosing healthier responses — not trying to feel happy every moment.
Start with: Pause before reacting.
Regular movement can support sleep. Better sleep can improve energy for exercise and daily decisions. Emotional stress may influence breathing, appetite and sleep. Food and water support the body's everyday needs. Cleaner air and breathing awareness can make activity and relaxation more comfortable.
MY NEW LIFE therefore encourages participants to choose one small improvement in each weak area, rather than trying to transform everything overnight.
Gut Health and Earthing Awareness remain supporting topics. Gut Health is closely linked with Food and lifestyle. Earthing is presented as nature-connection awareness, not as a disease-treatment claim.
Each pillar page now links first to relevant Government of India or reputed Indian institutional resources wherever suitable. International sources remain available in our Research & Resources section for additional scientific context.
